Abstract submission will be open from 01/10/2024 to 08/12/2024.

Revision of abstracts

The revision of abstracts will take place from 08/12/2024.

Registration

The registration to the symposium will be open after the revision of abstracts.

Travel grants 

Some travel grants will be available for early career researchers. 

Output from the Symposium

The submitted abstracts will be compiled into a booklet that will be distributed at the the Symposium. After the Symposium participants will have the opportunity to update/replace their abstracts with an extended version. This final 'Book of extended abstracts' will include the synthesis of the Symposium and will be published as a PDF document.

We are currently investigating the possibility of publishing papers presented at the Symposium in a special issue of a scientific journal.
